The Lonley Girl

There she stood staring at the night, the lonely girl she never understood why even in a room full of people she always felt alone.

until one day she came to terms with it and in her loneliness she learned to love herself, for no romance lasts forever.

no man would value her beauty as the mirror did, she discovered her most  loyal lover would be herself.

Nor lies, nor deceit could cheat her in this new found relationship.

For no man could love or worship her the way she could,

that would be unending love, that would fill her void and then her loneliness would be no more…
